Professional Development and Recognition
As a member of our team at Porter-Leath, you will have access to individualized professional development activities to enhance your methods used to support local children and families. All of our teachers receive ongoing support from an education specialist and practice based coaching from our expert team of instructional coaches. Our Residential Services staff are trained in the evidence-based best practices, while all Cornerstone parent educators are certified by Parents as Teachers. All training is at no cost to continue being the leader in helping children and families succeed.
Recognition for a job well done is always celebrated across the Porter-Leath team. The agency has a Make a Difference award each month, where staff members nominate their colleagues for strong achievement. Over a dozen candidates are presented each month, with one selected as the Make a Difference winner. CAA Transparency in Coverage Rule
This link (www.bcbst.com/tcr) leads to the machine readable files (MRFs) that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
