MEMPHIS, Tennessee – Effective July 1, 2017, Books from Birth merged to become Porter-Leath's newest program. Books from Birth (BfB), an affiliate of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, currently provides age appropriate books for nearly 70% of Shelby County children under age five.
