Porter-Leath Adds Golf Scramble to Rajun Cajun Festivities
In 2007, Porter-Leath expanded its Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival activities to include a golf scramble the Monday after the festival. As part of the experience, players are treated to a Cajun feast at the conclusion of their rounds, featuring crawfish, shrimp, boudin and more.
