When and where do I bring the toys to donate?
The 16th annual Toy Truck returns December 6th through December 9th to be filled with new, unwrapped toys and gifts for children served by Porter-Leath!
Hours & Times
- Bud Davis Cadillac, 5433 Poplar, December 6th through December 8th, 6 am until 6 pm. Santa will be there each day from 10 until 6!
- WMC-TV, 1960 Union, December 9th, 8 am until 4 pm with Santa!
What is the Toy Truck all about?
This year, we need your help to fill the truck so that 5,900 local, low-income children, all under age 5, can receive a meaningful gift this holiday season. Toys should be new and unwrapped; for ideas on what to donate, visit the Toy Ideas page.
If I can't bring toys, what other ways can I help?
As always, if you don't have time to shop, or don't feel like braving the hustle and bustle of the shopping season, monetary donations are always welcomed and are matched by our Secret Santa. For example, this turns your $20 gift into $40 and allows Porter-Leath to shop where toy collections may be short. To donate online, click here for our donate page.
If you cannot make it by Toy Truck, you can mail your check, payable to Porter-Leath, to:
Attn: Toy Truck
3400 Prescott Road
Memphis, TN 38118
Donors of $50+ will receive a certificate from James Gattas Jewelers! Each certificate is good for one semiprecious stone, but one lucky winner will receive their choice of a Diamond Cluster one carat ring, pendant, or earrings, valued at $3500.
