The Speer Rajun Cajun Golf Scramble is held each year on the Monday following the Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival. The 2017 edition will be held Monday, April 24, 2017 and will start with lunch served at noon. Honoring the late Dr. R. Wayne Speer, the scramble benefits the thousands of children and families served each year by Porter-Leath programs. Held at The Links at Galloway, golfers are treated to lunch before teeing off in the afternoon and the day culminates with an authentic Cajun feast for golfers and their guests.
